If you’re here, chances are that you’re a bike rider. You like the idea of beating the rush-hour traffic city traffic with slick maneuvering just as much as you like your weekend excursions on the highways.
What if you could get all the thrills of your petrol bike while riding an e-bike – think strong acceleration, long-distance riding and heaving load-bearing capability.
The DEC01 offers you just this.
A specially designed gearbox and electronic clutch increases the range, speed and overall efficiency of the DIRAC Electric motorbikes.
What’s more, our electric motorbikes come with an inbuilt charger that enables you to charge the vehicle in any ‘5 Ampere socket’, yes, the very socket that’s in your bedroom right now.
Get the picture? With the DIRAC Electric motorbikes, range anxiety is non-existent.
A 2.4 kWh Li-Ion battery powers a 48V 3kW BLDC Motor which is governed by a 4 Speed gearbox that provides 32 Nm of torque.
And the DEC01 can achieve a top speed of 130 kmph and hands you an enviable 150-km range on a single charge as well.

· Can I get a test ride?
As much as we’d love to offer all of you a ride on our DEC01, we’re currently limiting these and demos to prospective investors only against the signing of an NDA.
· How many models do you have?
The DEC01 is our first road-ready prototype. We’re currently working on a scrambler as well for the retro café-racer lovers.
· How long does it take to fully charge the DEC01?
Well, it depends on the charger, on an average the prototype will take about 5 hours to get fully charged.
· Do you have a charging infrastructure?
We love the idea, but it just takes bucket loads of money. Instead, we’ll just hand you a fast charger to speed up the charging time. And don’t forget, you get 150kms on a single charge and your charger enables you to re-power on the go from the very common ‘5 Ampere socket’.
· Can I track riding metrics for the DEC01 on a mobile phone?
Yes! You can track the riding metrics through our mobile application on your smartphone.
· When will you begin accepting bookings?
